We have been making some upgrades to our SFX membership programs and have some exciting news.
You’ve Already Been Upgraded
As of June 22nd, your Platinum membership upgraded to Diamond at no cost. What does this mean?
- Your membership has the same expiration date as when you purchased Platinum.
- When your membership expires, you can continue your Diamond membership.
- You may now request up to 24 months.
- Your exchange weeks are good for 36 months.
- Youll also receive $1500 in Travel Savings Credits annually when you make a deposit.

Heres some of the questions we have heard from members about these changes. If you have any questions about your membership, give us a call to speak to your Vacation Concierge Counselor at 1-800-739-9969. Our Vacation Concierge Counselors are available Monday thru Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm PST.
Why did we change the SFX membership levels?
We wanted to simplify our membership program offerings and provide our members with even more membership value and benefits than before.
What does this upgrade cost?
All current Platinum members will be upgraded for free to Diamond. Once their membership expires, theyll be offered a chance to upgrade.
Will I still be able to use my credits?
Yes, all members will keep all of their credits.
Are my exchange requests higher priority?
Exchange requests will be handled as they were received and according to membership level. Diamond members may request an exchange 24 months in advance.
Will I gain access to better timeshare weeks?
We grant timeshare exchanges based on different factors including quality of deposited resort and number of credits available. However, Diamond members are eligible to request 24 months in advance and receive $1500 travel savings credits annually when they make a deposit.
What do room upgrades cost?
When available, room upgrades are free for Diamond members.
