How to Deposit Your Week
Depositing your week for a vacation exchange is very easy. Simply contact your resort’s reservation department and let them know you would like to reserve a week to deposit with SFX.
The resort will give you three pieces of needed information.
- Unit size that you own
- Arrival /departure date
- A Reservation number
Once you have this information, log in to your SFX account and simply click the Deposit Week icon in the left-side navigation bar, and follow the instructions.
How To Request An Exchange
Before you can be booked for a vacation you must first place a request for the destination and dates you want to travel. You can place vacation requests for both your exchange weeks and Bonus Weeks.
You can request time at any of our high-demand resorts online or you can call a Vacation Concierge at 800-739-9969 to help you reserve the property. Remember, as a Diamond member you can request an exchange without making a deposit!
In order to submit your exchange request, you’ll want to provide:
- The location you’d like to travel to
- Dates that you’re available to travel
- The number of people (adults/children) in your party
Here’s a quick tip for the most successful exchange experience.
Members who get the best results are the ones who are flexible on travel dates and locations. If you’re open to not just a specific resort but also comparable ones, there’s a much greater chance we can match your request. Think of it like vacation house swapping vs. hotel reservations.
Requests are generally prioritized on a first-come, first-serve basis and the best dates/locations go fast. You can request and exchange up to 24 months in advance AND you don’t have to make a deposit first. If you’re already a member, you can login and start an exchange today.
