Romance is easy to find on beautiful beaches. Nuevo’s beach provided an intimate and gorgeous setting for the wedding of Carly Waddell and Evan Bass from the hit TV show Bachelor in Paradise. The ceremony was held at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta with an intimate group of family and friends. Who was invited? A few of their friends including some alumns from the show like Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert. Chris Harrison was the officiant and wed the couple overlooking the ocean.
The Paradise couple met on the third season and were immediately taken with each other. “Everything happened for a reason,” said Waddell, 31, in an interview with People.
Getting married in Nuevo Vallarta was a dream come true for the couple. With spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas or the Sierra Madre mountains, weddings are performed frequently at the resort. There are other exclusive areas that make the perfect spot for a ceremony like secret gardens and lakes–all within the large resort property. There are also several reception and dining options with gourmet cuisine provided by the resort.
