“Can I be a member of more than one exchange company?”

Yes, as the owner of your time you have the right to request the service of anyexchange service you want. An exchange service is 100% separate from your timeshare purchase. 

“Can we deposit the same exchange week with more than one exchange company?”

No, this will create a double booking of your unit. If this happens you are liable for any expenses incurred by the other guest, exchange company and the resort, including but not limited to alternative accommodations. Please be sure to only bank one week with one company.

“How far in advance should we request an exchange?”

It is suggested to make your request at least 8-12 months ahead. There are no absolute rules or guarantees for this process, it all depends on the market, seasonality, new developments ongoing reservations and more.Probably the most important rule is to be as flexible as you can with dates and/or locations and deposit your week early.

“When will a concierge contact me with a confirmed exchange.”

Your concierge will contact you the moment they have a match for your vacation request. Sometimes this is immediate based on the inventory in our system. Other times we will need to initiate a search to find a match. We don’t want to bother you so we will only call once we have found a match for you.
